DESCRIPTION

DY-N322R Emulsifier is a proprietary material designed specifically for emulsifying DY-N322 Amino Silicone Fluid. It consists of DY-N322R-1 (1# Formulation Aid) and DY-N322R-2 (2# Formulation Aid). It is specifically suitable for dealers.

APPLICATIONS

1. Specially designed for emulsifying DY-N322 Amino Silicone Fluid.

2. The emulsified amino silicone emulsion exhibits some very good features such as:

(1). Good softness and smoothness.

(2). Silky hand feel.

(3). Good compatibility

(4). Salting-out resistance.

(5). Good permeability and suction

HOW TO USE

2. Formulation tips:

(1). Mix 1# Formulation Aid, 2# Formulation Aid and softened water thoroughly and heat to 50℃. High shear agitator is recommended if good transparency micro-emulsion is required.

(2). Keep agitating while adding gently DY-N322 Silicone Fluid into the system. Elevate the temperature of the system to 80~85℃ and shear emulsify the formulation for 40~60 minutes. Then decrease the temperature to 50℃ and add gently glacial acetic acid into the system. Adjust the PH to 5~6. Agitate until the temperature of the system reaches room temperature.

STORAGE

1. Store at room temperature in original, unopened containers.

2. Avoid contact with acids or bases.

3. Avoid strong sunlight.
